We’re excited to welcome a new leadership team for Volt Ireland! Our interim lead, Eddy Hartog, as well as communications co-leads Till Dzierzon and Pierce Robinson, will step down from their lead roles but will continue to be active, contributing members of Volt Ireland. We welcome Seán Carlin, Nina van den Bergh and Thijs Panneman as co-presidents, Kim Gillick as communications lead, and Joseph Dillon as Leinster co-ordinator.

This year’s Volt Europa General Assembly (GA) was in Frankfurt, and Ireland was represented by 4 of our members. It was a great weekend away, meeting around 1500 Volters from all across the 30 chapters, who all share the same political dreams.

April marked the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Good Friday Agreement, ending the Troubles and bringing peace to Northern Ireland after years of conflict dating back to the 1960s.
